We were soooo happy that it was warm enough to get outside (without coats 🙂 ) last weekend! We took a little walk around the neighborhood and even made it to the park. It’s always exciting to find some of nature’s “treasures” when we’re out. This time we found the most perfect pointing-fishing-stirring-sword-fighting-magic-wand-of-a- stick. The sidewalk was still a slushy snowy mess-fortunately that was the perfect base for a mud & grass “soup!” In the end, I went home with two muddy, wet kids, which in my book is evidence of good times. The mercury is falling again this week, but this little hint of spring gave us some hope that warmer days really are coming!
